I have been in business for my entire adult life. At the age of 20 I was an assistant general manager of Broadway shows. My many years as a general manager in the professional theatre taught me how the right balance of creativity, collaboration, financial know-how, and marketing skill can produce a magical product. In the 1980's when AIDS was dealing a devastating blow to the theatrical community, I learned the skills of compassion, patience, consolation, empathy and nurturance in my work as a facilitator with the New York Healing Circle and other AIDS support groups.

I have now been facilitating sexuality and spirituality workshops for more than twenty years. As you can imagine, few topics can stir the emotions like sex and sprit. Over the years I have developed holistic, practical, humorous, and entertaining approaches to these topics that can move even the shiest, most guilt-ridden participants to new levels of acceptance, healing and creativity.

The same techniques that can open people to a healthy and joyful integration of sex and spirit can also be applied to any major life or business challenge. I know this because I have personally incorporated all the techniques I have learned into my own business ventures. I am now offering workshops and consultancies to business clients worldwide.

Here is a description of the workshop I recently created for the facilitators of Oxygen Learning, one of Britain's most creative and successful end-to-end learning and development consultancy firms.

• The Tao of Facilitation

Amazingly, the same techniques that can open people to a healthy and joyful integration of sex and spirit can also be applied to any major life or business challenge. In this new workshop I’ll share my techniques. I’ll show you how:

- To find, use and trust your intuition;
- To release the need to pursue your own agenda at the expense of your participants’ creative collaboration;
- To reduce fear and distrust amongst your participants;
- To become comfortable with silence and use it to hear the wise inner voice within;
- To use your own breath to free yourself and guide your group;
- To do less in order to achieve more;
- Trusting the process instead of pursuing a goal can produce amazing results;
- Getting out of your head and into your heart can change everything and produce stunning outcomes for your group.

Throughout the day there will be time for you to ask questions, re-imagine situations that you wish had been more successful, and get practical experience with the techniques offered. Best of all, we’ll be using principles of conscious sexuality all throughout the workshop. By the end of this day not only will you be a better facilitator, you’ll also be a better lover!
